If this is your first time visiting Animal Medical Clinic of Wheaton, please be sure to bring all of your pet's past and current health records, including preventative care and vaccination schedules to your appointment. If you do not have your pet's past medical records, please let us know. We can support you and reach out to your past clinics to obtain your pet's records.

If you have recently welcomed a new pet to your family through adoption, please be sure to bring their adoption papers and all other available documents to their first appointment.

For your pet's wellness exam, we ask that you bring a stool sample less than 24 hours old. A stool sample is also required for pets visiting us with GI issues to help us detect parasites and other health problems.
